What Parlario is
A unified social CRM for the conversations your business already has on WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram: every message becomes a lead in a sales pipeline, and an AI agent can reply using only the knowledge you gave it.
WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct and Telegram, each with its own inbox inside the same CRM. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, your own Instagram professional account and your own Telegram bot — Parlario never sends from a number or account that isn't yours.
You switch Telegram on in Settings → Integrations, create a bot in Telegram's @BotFather, and paste its token in Settings → Channels → Telegram. Messages your customers send the bot land in their own Telegram Inbox, with the same AI agent, pipeline and team. There's no 24-hour window and no templates: you can always reply. A bot can't message someone first, and Parlario only handles private chats — not groups or channels. One bot per business, on every plan: it takes one of your plan's connected-account slots, like a WhatsApp number or an Instagram account (on Essential it has its own).
You need a number that isn't already in use on WhatsApp — not on the personal app, and not on another WhatsApp Business account. A number you already have on WhatsApp Business works, and so does a brand-new one.
Yes. Every plan includes seats: 2 on Essential, 5 on Business, 10 on Advanced. Conversations can be assigned, and the sales conversion report tells you who closed what.
Getting started
No. By logging in with your own Facebook account, in a couple of clicks your WhatsApp Business number or your Instagram account is connected — no copying tokens or touching code. Telegram takes one copy and paste: the token @BotFather gives you when you create your bot.
Yes, on every plan. Connect your number from Settings → Channels → WhatsApp with “Connect my app's number” and keep replying from the phone or from Parlario: messages show up on both sides. When someone replies from the phone, the AI steps away from that conversation, and you choose per number when the AI works — for example, only outside business hours. You need the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or newer); a number on the regular WhatsApp app doesn't work for this. Replies sent from the app stay free.
Yes, on every plan: in Contacts, “Import CSV” takes a file with name and phone. You see what will happen before anything is saved, a number you already have isn't duplicated, and no message is sent to anyone. Chat history from other tools isn't imported.
Most businesses subscribe, connect their WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, and test their agent in the Lab the same day.
Yes, on the Essential plan: 14 days. We ask for your card, but you aren't charged until day 14.
No. Parlario works as a shared inbox and CRM with the agent switched off, and you can turn it off for a single conversation whenever a human should take over.
The AI agent
No. AI handles repetitive replies and first contact over WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, so your team can focus on closing sales and on the customers who really need a human touch.
Before you turn it on, your agent faces six simulated customers in the Lab — an internal sandbox that never sends real messages — and an AI judge gives you a score and findings before you risk a real conversation.
From the knowledge base and the instructions you write. It isn't a general-purpose chatbot: if something isn't in what you gave it, the agent is meant to say so and hand off to a person rather than invent an answer.
Each time the AI is used — an agent reply, a transcribed voice note, a spoken reply, a Lab test step or an analytics summary — it spends 1 credit from your monthly allowance: 1,500 on Essential, 4,500 on Business, 10,000 on Advanced. Credits renew on the 1st of each month, and the owner gets a warning at 80% and 100%. You can also connect your own AI provider key in Settings → AI and use that instead, with no credit limit.
Integrations
WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Telegram on every plan. On Business and Advanced: your Google Calendar, Meta Ads for ROAS reporting, Routes for no-code automations, your Shopify or WooCommerce store, and a public API with up to 3 keys.
Both are available on the Business and Advanced plans at no extra cost, from Settings → Extensions → Integrations. Shopify: you create a small private app in your own Shopify account and paste four values — about 15 minutes, with a step-by-step guide inside Parlario. WooCommerce: you approve one screen in your own WordPress and paste two webhooks — no plugin to install. Each has its own lesson in the Guides.
Three things. When an order is paid, your customer gets a WhatsApp message. When it ships (Shopify) or is completed (WooCommerce), they get another one, with the tracking number when your store has it — nobody types it. And when that customer writes in, your team sees what they bought in the Inbox, without switching to your store's admin. If you also report conversions to Meta, each paid order sends the real amount, so your Meta Ads ROAS finally measures return and not just conversions.
No. On Shopify it works with four read-only permissions, and refuses to connect an app that has any write permission. On WooCommerce it asks only for Read access. Either way it never creates, edits or cancels an order, and never touches your inventory. Of your customers it uses only their name and phone number.
No, they're separate features. You can have the agent switched off and the order and shipping updates still go out.
People who are already your contacts on WhatsApp. Parlario doesn't create a contact out of a store order — that would grow your billable active contacts because of a purchase from someone who never wrote to you.
Your team, or your AI agent, can book an appointment straight from a WhatsApp or Instagram conversation, on your business's own calendar. Cancelling and rescheduling are done by a person, not by the agent. Business and Advanced plans.
Plans and billing
Yes. There's no long-term contract — cancel whenever you want and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Your Parlario subscription is the only charge you see from us. WhatsApp and Instagram messages are billed by Meta directly to your own Meta Business account (you connect your own number/account) — Parlario never sees or marks up those charges. Starting October 1, 2026, Meta also begins charging per message inside the 24-hour customer service window (free today); it doesn't change what you pay Parlario. Telegram doesn't charge for bot messages.
A contact you exchanged messages with during the billing month. Plans include 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 per month. The same person messaging you ten times in a month counts once.
You can expand the allowance without changing plans: +1,000 contacts/month for USD 69, +2,000 for USD 119, or +5,000 for USD 249, bought from Settings → Subscription by the organization owner.
Yes — paying annually gives you two months free on any plan, and the same discount applies to contact add-ons.
By card, through Stripe Checkout. Parlario never sees or stores your card details.
Your data
Yes. Every organization is completely isolated — no one else can see your contacts, conversations or settings.
No. When the agent replies, the relevant conversation content is sent to the AI provider only to generate that reply. Parlario doesn't use your conversations to train anything.
