Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. The service
These Terms are a contract between your organization and Bridgeware Technologies, which owns and operates Parlario. Bridgeware Technologies is the contracting entity that provides the Parlario SaaS platform, bills the subscription and bears the obligations and liabilities set out in these Terms; references to “Parlario”, “we” or “us” mean Bridgeware Technologies.
Parlario is a unified social CRM for WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram conversations and leads, with an optional AI agent and a self-evaluation Laboratorio. Operated by Bridgeware Technologies in platform mode, it lets your organization connect its own WhatsApp Business numbers and, if enabled, its professional Instagram accounts (as many as its plan allows, see section 6) and its own Telegram bot (see section 3), handle conversations, organize contacts in a sales pipeline, and, if enabled, let an AI agent reply to or suggest replies using the knowledge you provide it.
Parlario is designed to manage individual WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram conversations and leads, not as a bulk-sending tool, number or account scraper, or generic visual flow builder. Any use outside that scope is not supported. The system also doesn't generate contracts or legally binding documents on behalf of your business: the AI agent answers your contacts' questions, it doesn't replace legal or business advice.
2. Responsibilities: what Bridgeware Technologies covers and what it doesn't
Because Parlario connects third-party systems Bridgeware Technologies doesn't control — Meta's messaging platform, Telegram's Bot platform and your business's commercial relationship with your own contacts — it's important that the division of responsibilities be explicit:
Bridgeware Technologies IS responsible for
- Operating the Parlario platform and software, and its availability.
- Encrypting your WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Telegram bot connection tokens at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never exposing more than their last 4 characters in the interface.
- Isolating your organization's data from any other organization using the platform (data-level multi-tenancy).
- Processing your subscription charge through Stripe's hosted checkout, without Bridgeware Technologies ever seeing or storing your card data.
- Providing the AI agent as a tool configurable by you.
Bridgeware Technologies is NOT responsible for
- Meta's decisions about your WhatsApp Business account or your Instagram account: suspensions, bans, sending limits, API changes or outages of the WhatsApp Cloud API or the Instagram messaging API. Bridgeware Technologies is a technology client of Meta's API, not Meta itself, and doesn't control its policy enforcement or availability.
- Telegram's decisions about your bot: suspensions, restrictions, rate limits, Bot API changes or outages of Telegram. Bridgeware Technologies is a client of Telegram's Bot API, not Telegram itself, and doesn't control its policy enforcement or availability.
- Whether your use of WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram complies with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy, Instagram's messaging policies or Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot Developer Terms, whether you have proper consent/opt-in from the people you message, or compliance with messaging or marketing laws applicable to your business (anti-spam or local equivalents). That responsibility is entirely yours as the business using Parlario, not Bridgeware Technologies'.
- The content, accuracy, tone or legality of the messages your AI agent or your team sends to your own contacts, whether over WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram. You configure the agent and are responsible for supervising and reviewing its behavior; Bridgeware Technologies provides the tool, not the judgment calls made through it.
- Disputes between your business and your own contacts or customers. Bridgeware Technologies is not a party to that commercial relationship.
- Any product, content or service your own business offers its customers over WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram.
- Third-party services you integrate or rely on independently, outside of the WhatsApp Cloud API, the Instagram messaging API, the Telegram Bot API, Stripe, your language model provider (if enabled), and Google Calendar (if connected).
3. Your WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram accounts, and the platforms behind them
Bridgeware Technologies is not part of the Meta partner program. Parlario connects to your own WhatsApp Business account through the standard WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta's assisted signup flow (Embedded Signup); if you enable Instagram, the connection uses the same type of Meta authentication flow (Facebook Login for Business) over your professional Instagram account, through a Meta app separate from the WhatsApp one. In both cases, you remain the holder of each number you connect and of its WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and of each Instagram account you connect. As detailed in the previous section, compliance with Meta's policies and your contacts' consent is your responsibility, not Bridgeware Technologies'.
Telegram works differently and is optional. Parlario has no Telegram bot of its own: if you turn Telegram on (Settings → Integrations), you create your own bot with Telegram's @BotFather and paste its token into Parlario (Settings → Channels → Telegram). The bot is yours, you accept Telegram's terms for it directly with Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC and/or Telegram Messenger Inc.), and Bridgeware Technologies is not a party to that relationship. Parlario supports only private 1:1 chats between a customer and your bot — not groups, channels, broadcasts, payments or Mini Apps — and a bot can never write first: Parlario only replies to people who messaged your bot. Compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot Developer Terms, and your contacts' consent, are your responsibility, as set out in sections 2 and 7. Disconnecting the bot removes the webhook at Telegram and deletes the stored token (see Data Deletion).
4. The AI agent
If you enable the AI agent, its replies are generated automatically from the knowledge you uploaded and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The agent is designed to escalate to a human when appropriate, but it doesn't replace your team's oversight. The system doesn't generate contracts, warranties or legal commitments on behalf of your business. You're responsible for reviewing and adjusting its behavior before relying on it for sensitive conversations.
By default, the agent runs on the AI infrastructure Bridgeware Technologies pays for and provides, included in your subscription. If you prefer, you can connect your own key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Google Gemini under Settings → AI; in that case, the relevant content of your conversations is processed through your own account with that provider, subject to its own terms and pricing, and you're responsible for keeping that key valid and for any cost it generates. You can remove your key at any time to switch back to the shared key.
5. Appointments with Google Calendar
If your plan is Business or Advanced, your organization's Owner can connect the business's Google Calendar (Settings → Extensions → Integrations) so your team and, if enabled, your AI agent can book appointments directly from a WhatsApp or Instagram conversation. Only the Owner can connect, configure, or disconnect this integration; it uses a single calendar per business, not individual calendars per salesperson.
When the AI agent is involved in booking an appointment, it always asks the customer for explicit confirmation before creating it, and never offers more than 4 available times per day. For now, the integration only supports creating new appointments — canceling or rescheduling an existing one isn't supported yet and must be done directly from Google Calendar. Bridgeware Technologies isn't responsible for the availability, operation, or policy changes of Google Calendar as a third-party service — see section 2.
6. Subscription and billing
Access to Parlario in platform mode is offered by paid subscription, monthly or annual, with automatic renewal until you cancel. Payment is processed through Stripe's hosted checkout page; Bridgeware Technologies never receives or stores your card data.
Parlario is offered in three plans — Essential, Business and Advanced — each including a different number of user seats for your team. You can create team accounts up to your plan's seat limit; to add more, upgrade your plan or free up a seat by removing an existing member.
Each plan also includes a Monthly Active Contacts allowance (a contact you exchanged at least one real message with that month, on WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram). Going over that allowance never suspends or degrades the service; if your organization's Owner chooses to, they can expand it at any time by purchasing an add-on of extra active contacts from Settings → Subscription, billed as a recurring monthly charge alongside your subscription and cancelable at any time from the same screen.
Each plan also sets how many WhatsApp numbers, Instagram accounts and Telegram bots your organization can connect at the same time: on Essential, one of each (one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account and one Telegram bot); on Business, three in total, and on Advanced, five in total. On Business and Advanced, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram share that allowance: each connected WhatsApp number, Instagram account and Telegram bot takes one slot, in whatever combination you choose. Only the Owner (or anyone with implementation access) can connect or disconnect them, from Settings → Channels.
If your organization moves to a plan that allows fewer connected numbers or accounts than it has, Parlario shows a notice inside the app and gives you 7 days to choose which to keep, by disconnecting the rest. If you haven't chosen when that period ends, Parlario keeps the earliest-connected ones and automatically disconnects the most recent ones until the organization is within its plan's allowance (on Essential, this applies per channel: the earliest WhatsApp number, Instagram account and Telegram bot are kept). Disconnecting a number or account deletes its saved connection credentials but never deletes your contacts or your conversation history, and Routes tied to a disconnected number are paused, not deleted. You can reconnect a number or account at any time, within your plan's allowance.
The Essential plan includes a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card when you subscribe, but you aren't charged during that period; at the end of it, the plan price is charged automatically unless you've canceled beforehand. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings → Subscription, free of charge.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops automatic renewal but doesn't generate refunds for periods already started, unless applicable law states otherwise. If your payment fails or lapses, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before your access is suspended; it's restored automatically as soon as payment is resolved.
7. Acceptable use
By using Parlario, you agree not to:
- Send messages to people who haven't consented to be contacted, or use Parlario for spam or unsolicited bulk campaigns.
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent activity or activity that infringes third-party rights.
- Use your Telegram bot through Parlario in breach of Telegram's Terms of Service or Bot Developer Terms, or use it for groups, channels, broadcasts, payments or Mini Apps.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, bypass tenant isolation, or reverse-engineer the product.
- Deliberately overload the service's infrastructure or interfere with its normal operation.
8. Ownership and license
Parlario, its software, branding and design are owned by Bridgeware Technologies (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform while your subscription is active — they don't transfer any ownership of the software to you. The data you upload (contacts, conversations, templates, knowledge base) remains yours; Bridgeware Technologies processes it solely to provide you the service.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
Parlario is offered “as is” and “as available.” Per section 2, we don't guarantee the service will run uninterrupted, and we're not liable for failures, delays or unavailability of third-party services we depend on (WhatsApp Cloud API, the Instagram messaging API, the Telegram Bot API, Stripe, or your chosen AI provider), nor for Meta's decisions about your WhatsApp Business account or your Instagram account, or Telegram's decisions about your bot.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeware Technologies won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount your organization paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You can stop using Parlario and cancel your subscription at any time. Bridgeware Technologies may suspend or close your access if you breach these terms, if your payment lapses for an extended period, or if your use puts the security or availability of the service at risk for other organizations. Upon termination, the data-deletion timelines described in Data Deletion apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or applicable regulation changes. We'll publish the last-updated date at the top of this page; continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance of it.
